The covenants and by-laws have been reviewed

The revised covenants where presented and discussed on September 30, 2009, during a homeowners meeting at the historic Algonquin village hall. Subsequently individual homes were visited to collect signatures for approval of the proposed changes. Homeowners we were unable to contact this way where mailed a letter through which they could respond with their vote.
The changes require 75% of the homeowners to approve them, which equates to 60 (out of 78) homes.

At this point we 55 signatures in favor, and 5 homeowers who oppose.
Anyone who has not voted yet, can contact the board to express their vote.

Glenmoor is in Algonquin, IL, located near Route 25 and Route 62. It is nestled in a country setting near the Fox River, surrounded by miles of unspoiled landscape, but still close to all the conveniences of modern living.

Glenmoor Homeowners Association's mission

The purpose of the Glenmoor Homeowners Association is to provide for the maintenance, upkeep, and repair of the common area property (including the decorative entranceway and landscaping) along Haegers Bend Road; and to protect and promote the quality of residence within Glenmoor for all residents in general, without unduly restricting the rights of individual residents.
